The present writ petition has been filed with the relief to direct the Magistrate concerned to record the statement of the victimgirl under section 164 Cr.P.C. again and also add the relevant sections of SC/ST Act and POCSO Act in the first information report lodged on 12.5.2021.
The petitioner herein is the first informant / the mother of the victim girl who had herself lodged the first information report.
The short counter affidavit has been filed in registry on 4.9.2021, wherein it has been sought to be submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted before the Court concerned.
In view of the above, the prayer in writ petition is rendered infructuous.
The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
