This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:
" Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 09.04.2021 lodged at Case Crime No.160 of 2021, under Sections 420, 272 I.P.C. and Section 60 of Excise Act, Police Station Pilkhuva, District Hapur.
(ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned FIR dated 09.04.2021 lodged at Case Crime No.160 of 2021, under Sections 420, 272 I.P.C. and Section 60 of Excise Act, Police Station Pilkhuva, District Hapur ".
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
