This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned first information report dated 7.2.2020 registered as Case Crime No. 0064 of 2020, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3(1)(r)(s) of Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015), P.S.Rohaniya, District-Varanasi.
At the very outset, Sri Arunendra Kumar Singh, learned AGA submits that in the present matter charge-sheet has been submitted before the competent court, as such, the writ petition itself rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the same.
Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous .
