This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the First Information Report No.0413 dated 24.11.2020, under Section 366 I.P.C. P.S. Moth, District Jhansi, without any affidavit or declaration of the counsel in view of COVID 19 guidelines issued by the Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners want to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition in accordance with law.
