This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:
i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 25.07.2020 styled as Case Crime No.0605 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 302, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Loni, District-Ghaziabad, against the petitioners.
ii) Issue a writ order or direction commanding the respondents concerned not to adopt any coercive step against the petitioners in connection to the Case Crime No.0605 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 302, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Loni, District-Ghaziabad.
Sri Rajesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners want to withdraw the writ petition and therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
