Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A.

This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:

" i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 13.3.2018 in case crime no.286 of 2018 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Kotwali District Etah (contained as annexure no.1 to the writ petition).

ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned FIR dated 13.3.2018 in case crime no.286 of 2018 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Kotwali District Etah."

After the arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to apply for anticipatory bail/ bail.
