The report of the C.J.M., Bulandshahar dated 13.04.2021 states that the sole appellant Ramu s/o Man Singh died in the Year 2013.
As a consequence and on account of death of sole appellant, this appeal had abated and is dismissed as such.
In connected Appeal No.2185 of 2001, the C.J.M., Bulandshahar had submitted a report dated 04.06.2021 that the appellant no.2-Jaivir s/o Harvir died about 13 years ago. The report also states that notice of hearing of this appeal has been served upon the appellant no.1.
Consequently, the appeal on behalf of appellant no.2 Jaivir is ordered to abate. It survives only on behalf of appellant no.1Anil.
The Office report dated 19.07.2021 states that the lower court record had been summoned by email.
Office is directed to prepare paper book upon receipt of the lower court record which has been summoned and list this appeal for hearing, thereafter.
