As per office report dated 2.2.2021, the sole appellant in this appeal Shiromani son of Sheo Dayal Singh has died fifteen years ago and in this regard, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad has submitted its report on 7.11.2019, which is taken on record.
Considering the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
Office is directed to sent back the lower court record to the concerned court.
