In the report of C.J.M. dated 08.11.2021 it is mentioned that the appellant - Ram Asrey has died on 25.05.2016. Along with this report, the report of S.I. Sanjiv Kumar, P.S. Sungarhi, Statement of Nanhe Lal, the real son of the appellant, statement of Nanhi Devi wife of the appellant and statement of Bhim Singh Chauhan, Sabhasad ward no. 6, Sungarhi, are appended. The death certificate of the deceased has also been appended.
Thus, the report of C.J.M. being in compliance of Circular No. 15/2005, VIII-110 April 19, 2005 and 04/Admin G-II dated Allahabad 18.01.2017 is hereby accepted.
As the son or legal heirs of the deceased have not come forward to proceed with the appeal, hence, the appeal stands abated.
