As per order sheet dated 21.3.2018, the Division Bench was not inclines to exercise jurisdiction. On 29.10. 2021, no one appeared for the parties and today also none has appeared.
We have perused the order in appeal and we are convinced that the order does not call for any interference in the matter as no contempt is proved to have been committed.
In view of the matter, we are also concur with the learned Judge.
This contempt appeal defective is dismissed on merits.
We are aware that today Bar of the High Court has requested for no adverse order, but we are passing the order on merits, therefore, no contempt is made out.
