The instant contempt petition has been filed for flouting the order dated 10.2.2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 4512 of 2020 and order dated 14.10.2020 in Contempt Application (Civil) No. 3954 of 2020.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant is unable to show that there is any wilful or deliberate disobedience on the part of the opposite party complying the order of this Court.
In view thereof, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
