The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the interim order dated 11.01.2019 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.43654 of 2018 (C/M National Inter College and another Vs. State of U.P. and others) and connected Writ Petition No.19199 of 2017 (Awadh Bihari SinghVs. State of U.P. and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Sri Jai Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant that the order of the writ court has been complied with and no further cause of action would remain survived and prays that the present contempt application be dismissed as having become infrcutous.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as infrctuous.
