Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the private parties arrayed herein are disturbing the peaceful possession of the applicant.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant points out that the order of the writ court is against the State and not against the private parties.
The contempt petition being misconceived is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the applicant to take remedy before the appropriate authority/forum, in accordance with law.
