The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the interim order dated 02.12.2020 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.10698 of 2020 (Sri Ram Swaroop Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Sri Rajiv Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant that the order of the writ court has been complied and prays that the present contempt application be dismissed as having becomes infrcutous.
In this view of the matter, no further cause of action would remain survived and the present application becomes infrctuous.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as infrctuous.
