Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and Sri Rakesh Chandra, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2.
Learned AGA as well as Sri Rakesh Chandra, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 has raised preliminary objection and submitted that bail has been granted by the Court below i.e. Additional Session Judge, Court No. 1, Meerut, therefore, bail cancellation application may also be filed before the same Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the said fact.
Accordingly, bail cancellation application is rejected with liberty to file fresh bail cancellation application before the Court below, if so advised.
