The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Anand Bodh with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 139 of 2020, under Sections 323, 376, 506 IPC, Police Station Phoolpur, District Azamgarh.
FIR version is that the victim met with the accused-applicant in October 2019 who took her to Mumbai on the promise that he will arrange some job for her. Thereafter, he pressurized her to marry with him and live as wife. Thereafter, against her wishes, he developed physical relationship with her. Consequently, she got pregnant. Thereafter, he left her on Phoolpur Railway Station and threatened her to kill. The victim gave an application to State Women Commission and thereafter the FIR was registered.
