Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for complainant, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the material brought on record.
The present bail applicant has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 156/2020, under Sections 342, 354Ka, 354Gha, 307, 325 I.P.C. and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, P.S.- Ghorawal, District- Sonbhadra.
After hearing the learned counsel for applicant, learned counsel for complainant, learned A.G.A., and after perusing the averments made in the present bail application as well as rejection order, this Court is of the opinion, that learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any good ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
Accordingly, the bail application filed on behalf of applicant is hereby rejected .
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the present case and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
