Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the complainant and learned A.G.A. through video conferencing.
This bail application has been moved to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 448 of 2020, under sections 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Tappal, District Aligarh.
The allegation against the applicant is that the applicant is the owner of the company, namely, G.K. Mission Real Estate India Limited.
It is alleged that the applicant duped the money deposited by the investors. On enquiry, it is alleged that the company was fraudulent and it did not have any office at the disclosed address.
Learned A.G.A., as well as, learned counsel for the informant, have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that it is not in the public interest to enlarge the applicant on bail.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
