Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Tripurari Pal, learned Advocate, who has put in appearance and filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that it is a cross-case, both the sides have received injuries and the aggressor has to be determined. It is further submitted that the applicants have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is next contended that the applicants are in jail since 15.12.2020 and if they are released on bail, they will not misuse the liberty of bail.
Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail.
