This is the second bail application. The first bail application was rejected by Hon'ble Karuna Nand Bajpayee, J. (as His Lordship then was).
Contention raised by learned counsel for the applicant is that the trial is at the advanced stage and the proceedings under section 313 Cr.P.C. is going on.
Under the circumstances, I do not find any good reason to fit my discretion in favour of the applicant at this stage or express my opinion either ways.
Accordingly, the present application stands rejected.
Learned trial court is directed to gear up the matter and conclude the trial latest by 30.06.2021 provided the applicant would render necessary cooperation in early conclusion of trial.
