Perused the second bail application.
Sri Satish Trivedi learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Sheshadri Trivedi learned Advocate for the applicant states that certain facts could not be brought to the knowledge of the Court, which has resulted in passing of the order of rejection of the bail application.
No new ground has been made out for grant of bail.
Sri Rizwan Ahamad learned Advocate for the first informant, however, states that the trial is at the final stage and after conclusion of the evidence, hearing is going on.
The second bail application is, accordingly, rejected.
However, it is expected that the trial court shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial at the earliest.
