Submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that an FIR was lodged by the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari against the applicant and 6 others on 17.04.2021 alleging therein that the applicant and other co-accused applied for the post of Assistant Teachers in Primary School established and run by the Basic Shiksha Parishad. It is the informant's allegation that upon verification of his documents, the applicant's certificate of Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) was found forged and not issued by the Examination Regulatory Authority, Prayagraj. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he did not commit any forgery and it is yet to be established at the trial as to who is responsible for issue of the Certificate suspected to be forged. He further submits that all the offences are triable by Magistrate. He further submits that in similar type of cases, the informant lodged the first information report against co-accused persons, namely, Suryadeep Singh, Saradanand @ Sarvadanand, Nripendra Kumar Singh, Brijesh Kumar Singh, Vikas Chand Tiwari, Indrajeet Kumar Gupta and Shobha Yadav have already been released on bail, copies whereof have been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the bail application. The applicant is in jail since 12.07.2021.
