Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that in this case, first information report has been lodged against four accused persons, namely, Mohd. Nadeem, Mohd. Aamir (applicant No.1), Mohd. Aakash (applicant No.2) and Mohd. Arshad, making allegation that on the basis of information received from the informer that a container bearing No. HR 55 R 9611, carrying 25 cattle is going to Bihar for slaughtering, the police chased the said vehicle. The accused persons seeing the police tried to fleeing away from the spot. The police has caught three accused persons, but three other accused persons fled away taking the advantage of darkness of night and also recovered 25 bulls from the said vehicle. Learned counsel for the applicants contended that applicant No. 1 is driver and applicant No. 2 is cleaner of the said vehicle. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are absolutely innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case with some ulterior motive. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that co-accused Mohd. Arshad, who is the owner of the alleged vehicle, is the main culprit in this case. Learned counsel for the applicants has pointed out that coaccused Mohd. Nadeem, who is the man of co-accused Mohd. Arshad (owner of the vehicle), has been granted bail vide order dated 19.01.2021 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 1972
