Heard Sri Nipun Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State on the withdrawal application no. 5 of 2021.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has already been declared juvenile and hence, the present bail application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appropriate application before the competent court/J.J.Board.
In view of the aforesaid, the withdrawal application no. 5 of 2021 is allowed and the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appropriate application before the competent court/J.J.Board.
