Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He next submitted that alleged accused Abrar, who was named in the FIR, alongwith 2000 other persons in connection with public protest, has been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 18.6.2020 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 12447 of 2020. The case of applicant stands on similar footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity. The applicant is languishing in jail since 24.11.2020 and he has criminal history of four cases, which is explained in the affidavit.

Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail, but could not dispute the aforesaid facts.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also perusing the material on record, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, let the applicant Sadab , involved in Case Crime No. 794 of 2019, under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 307, 395, 188, 323, 353, 427 and 336 IPC read with Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and 3/4 Prevention of Damage to Public Property, Police Station- Rasulpur, DistrictFirozabad, released on his furnishing a personal bond and two local sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned. It is further provided that this bail order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be the authentic one and certified copy shall be submitted before that court concerned as soon as it is issued.
