- Heard Sri Fakhruzzaman, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Kamlesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned A.G.A. for State.

The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 590 of 2020, under Sections 376D, 395, 386, 323, 354, 354A, 354B, 354D, 412, 34 I.P.C. and Section 67/67A IT Act & Section 5/6, 9/10 POCSO Act, Police Station Sipri Bazar, District Jhansi.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for opposite party and learned A.G.A., and after perusing the averments made in the present bail application as well as rejection order, this Court is of the opinion, that learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any good ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
4. Accordingly, the bail application filed on behalf of the applicant is hereby rejected .
