Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that similarly situated co-accused Bhupendra Sing, Anil Kumar and Ajeet and another have already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 06.01.2021, 21.01.2021 and 22.01.2021 passed in criminal misc. bail applications no. 45929 of 2020, 47145 of 2020 and 3289 of 2021, copies of which have been appended as annexure-6 to the affidavit, hence, on the basis of the principle of parity the applicants also should be released on bail. It is next contended that there are no chances of the applicants of fleeing away from the judicial process or tampering with the prosecution evidence. It is further contended that the applicants are in jail since 04.02.2021 and if they are released on bail, they will not misuse the liberty of bail.
Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the applicants Nakul, Tushar, Amarjeet and Rahul involved in case crime no. 391 of 2020 under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 504, 506, 307 IPC police station Incholi district Meerut be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two local sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned subject to the conditions that they:
