It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further contended that the alleged incident said to have taken place on 22.3.2021 whereas F.I.R. has been lodged on 24.3.2020 i.e. after a gap of about one day but there is no plausible explanation regarding this inordinate delay. It is further submitted that in the statement of the informant as well as injured person under Section 161 Cr.P.C. , role of causing injury has been assigned to co-accused not to the applicant. It is next submitted that as per injury report, nature of all four injuries are simple in nature except injury Nos. 1,2 & 3. It is also submitted that injury Nos. 2 and 3 has been assigned to the other co-accusd Sumit and Rajendra @ Narender who have already been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court. It is next submitted that coaccused Sumit, Rajendra @ Narender and Ravindra @ Pinu have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 4.1.2021, 8.1.2021 and 18.2.2021, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 44231 of 2020, 49755 of 2020 and 5726 of 2021 respectively, therefore, applicant is also entitled to be released on bail. It has
