This anticipatory bail application (under section 438 Cr.P.C.) has been moved by the applicant-Sumit @ Sumit Kumar seeking bail in Case Crime No.479 of 2019, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station-Ecotech-III NOIDA, District-Gautam Budh Nagar during pendency of investigation.
By order dated 03.02.2020, matter was referred to Mediation Center with condition that applicant shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- within four weeks with the Mediation Centre of this Court. As per Mediation Centre report dated 08.07.2020, which is annexed with record, states that in pursuance of order dated 03.02.2020, the applicant has not deposited a sum of Rs.20,000/- till 07.07.2020.
It appears that the applicant does not want to press the matter through mediation.
Considering facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed for non compliance of order dated 03.02.2020.
