Learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicants Nitin Savariya @ Nitin Bihari Goswami, Suresh Bihari Goswami, Laxmi Goswami, Jaya Mohale and Usha Sharma in Case Crime No. 180 of 2020, under sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Samthar, District Jhansi.
Learned A.G.A. submits that the charge sheet has already been filed in this case in March, 2021.
Learned counsel for the applicants therefore makes a request that a direction may be issued to the learned court below for consideration of regular bail application on the same day and the application for anticipatory bail may be disposed of.
In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application is rejected as not pressed.
A direction is however given to the court below that in case applicants surrender and give bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
