By means of the present application the applicant is seeking his anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.654/IX/2002, under Sections 364, 504, 506 & 420 I.P.C., Police Station-Sadabad, District-Hathras. Learned AGA submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted in the matter way back in the year 2002 on 26.08.2020.
Accordingly, I am not inclined to exercise my power under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the applicant and thus the present anticipatory bail application is hereby REJECTED .
