Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 4596 of 2021, under Section - 323, 504, 325, 308 I.P.C., Police Station - Kotwali Tirwa, District - Kannauj, during the pendency of trial.
Upon consideration of the various aspects of this case and upon perusal of the injury report and consideration of the statement of the victim as well as the description contained in the first information report, how can it be said that accusation levelled against the applicants is baseless and groundless.
Consequently, this anticipatory bail application sans force and the same is dismissed .
However, the applicant may seek regular bail by moving appropriate bail application before the district court concerned.
Nothing has been observed on the merits of the case.
