This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicants Abhimanyu Yadav, Om Prakash Yadav, Banvari, Ramjas, Amar Nath and Shiv Prasad in Case Crime No. 219 of 2019, under sections 147, 441, 323, 506, 325, 308 I.P.C., P.S. Shahganj, District Jaunpur.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that he would like to withdraw the anticipatory bail application provided that a direction be issued to the learned court below to dispose of the bail application of the applicants, if given, expeditiously on the same day.
In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application is rejected as withdrawn.
A direction is however given to the court below that in case applicants surrender and give bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
