The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Ram Babu Patel, Sachin Kumar and Hari Shankar , with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 1036 of 2019, under Sections 376, 354(Kha), 504, 506, 406 I.P.C, Police Station Soraon, District Prayagraj, during pendency of trial.
Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by learned A.G.A.
The applicants have already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 18.01.2021.
Applicants will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 18.01.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
