Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State, through video conferencing.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicant, in Case Crime No. 470 of 2020, under Sections- 506, 308, 336, 504, 323, 148, 147 I.P.C., Police StationSarnath, District- Varanasi.
Learned counsel for the informant submitted that he has already filed counter affidavit and the applicants were enlarged on interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.1.2021 but learned AGA has not filed counter affidavit.
The applicant has already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by order dated 13.01.2021.
The order is confirmed.
Applicant will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 13.01.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
