Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Namman Raj Vanshi, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 674 of 2018, under Sections - 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station - Partapur, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial.

Upon consideration of the various aspects of this case, obviously the allegations need to be scanned by the competent court concerned at the appropriate stage. The present anticipatory bail application was filed in February, 2021 and in the meanwhile, the investigation is virtually over resulting into filing of the charge sheet against the applicant. Therefore, at present no good ground is made out for interference. However, the relief sought by the applicant can be well obtained by moving appropriate regular bail application before the court concerned.

Thus, in view of above, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that in case the applicant appears before the court concerned within three weeks' from today and moves appropriate application for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the court below on the same day.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.

The observation made herein above will have no bearing upon the merit of the case.
