Notice was issued to the opposite party no.3 vide order dated 23.02.2021. As per the office report dated 22.06.2021 a report of CJM has been received. Perusal of the report dated 17.05.2021 of the CJM concerned, it is apparent that the notice issued to the opposite party no.3 could not be served as the house number was not mentioned in the same.
Be that as it may, no one appears to press this anticipatory bail application.
The present anticipatory bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order dated 23.02.2021 is hereby vacated.
Learned counsel for the State shall communicate this order to the Investigating Officer/Station House Officer concerned within one week from today.
