The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant , Jabbar @ Jawwad Ahmed, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 406 of 2020, under Section- 332, 504, 447 I.P.C., Section 17A, 26 of Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, Section 3, 4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, Police StationBhopa, District- Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of trial.
The applicant has already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 18.01.2021.
The order is confirmed.
Applicant will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 18.01.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
