Learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. are present.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that an interim anticipatory bail was granted by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2021. Keeping in view that no counter affidavit has been filed, that investigation has not been completed nor charge sheet has been filed and also keeping in view that it is dispute of matrimonial nature, the interim anticipatory order may be extended till the filing of the charge sheet.
There appears to be no harm interim anticipatory bail order dated 05.02.2021 is extended till filing of the charge sheet and accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is finally disposed of.
