Heard Shri Gaurav Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ghan Shyam, learned counsel for the complainant and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
By means of the present application the applicant is seeking his anticipatory bail in Complaint Case Crime No.109 of 2019, under Sections 395, 323 I.P.C., Police Station-Rajpura, District-Sambhal.
Learned counsel for the complainant submitted that the applicant has filed 482 Cr.P.C. applicant invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court challenging the orders of complaint case no.107 of 2019 dated 05.09.2019, the aforesaid 482 application is pending for disposal and concealing this fact, the present anticipatory bail application has been filed. Accordingly, the Court do not find any good reason to interfere in the matter accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is hereby REJECTED .
