By means of the present application the applicant who is apprehending her arrest is seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.711 of 2020, under Sections 420, 408, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station-Sikandra, District-Agra.
Learned A.G.A. submits that the police has submitted charge sheet against the applicant rendering this anticipatory bail infructuous.
Under circumstances, instant anticipatory bail application has rendered infructuous, and accordingly stands DISMISSED.
