Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
By means of the present application the applicant who is apprehending his arrest is seeking his anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.432 of 2018, under Sections 406, 420 I.P.C., Police Station-Kotwali Nagar (Mahoba), District-Mahoba.
Learned A.G.A. informs the Court that the police has submitted charge sheet against the applicant on 7.7.2019, and therefore, lis of the present case no more survives.
Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application has rendered infructuous, therefore, same stands DISMISSED.
