By means of the present application u/s 438 Cr.P.C. the applicant who is apprehending his arrest seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.23 of 2021, u/s 3, 5A, 5B, 8 of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, P.S.-Ilyia, District-Chandauli.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been arrested during pendency of the present anticipatory bail application.
Under circumstances, the cause of present anticipatory bail application no more survives and accordingly stands DISMISSED.
