Heard Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for applicant on audio link and Mr. Indra Pal Singh Rajpoot along with Mr. Prashant Kumar, learned A.G.A. for State assisted by Mr. P.K. Sahi, learned Brief Holder for the State.
At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits that present application has been rendered infructuous, as the applicant has already been arrested. Thus he submits that the present application be dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same.
In view of above, present anticipatory bail application is dismissed having rendered infructuous.
