Heard Sri Manish Dev, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State through Video-Conferencing and perused the record.

This application u/s 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the direction to decide the Case No. 1794 of 2015 (State Vs. Tinku and Others) under Sections 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C. pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad, District Moradabad arising out of Case Crime No. 698 of 2014, P.S. Katghar, District Moradabad within stipulated period as fixed by this Court or pass such order which this Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the present case.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

In the facts and circumstances of the case the lower court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case within six months from today without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of finally.
