Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and have gone through the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing order dated 3.3.2020 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge(Fast Track Court)-I, Amroha in Criminal Revision No. 152 of 2019 (Amarpal Singh Vs. Smt. Anita and others) as well as order dated 4.7.2019 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amroha, in Case No. 445 of 2019, arising out of Case Crime No. 563 of 2018, under Section 420, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S.- Gajraula, District- Jyotiba Phullayi Nagar. Further prayer to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amroha to decide Case No. 445 of 2019, afresh.
The facts giving rise to the present application is that revisionist-complainant, lodged an F.I.R. against opposite party nos. 2-6. The police after investigation has submitted final report. Being aggrieved the complainant preferred protest petition which was dismissed vide order dated 4.7.2019 and thereagainst the complainant moved Criminal Revision No. 152 of 2019 which has also been dismissed vide order dated 3.3.2020.
The Courts below have given concurrent finding moreover learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any illegality in the impugned orders. I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in Application U/S 482.
With the above observation, this application stands disposed of accordingly.
