Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
On three occasions the complainant failed to give her statement under Section 200 Cr.P.C, on one pretext or another. It is evident from the order sheet that the applicant does not want to seriously prosecute the matter.
Court proceedings cannot be controlled by the whims of litigants.
The complaint was rightly dismissed by the trial court.
This Court agrees with the conclusion of the trial court but not with the reasoning that the applicant did not appear on 16 dates.
The application is dismissed.
