The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to expedite the proceeding of Complaint Case No. 5664 of 2019 (Afroz Khatoon Vs. Abdul Mannan & six others) under sections 498-A, 323, 504 IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Madhuban, District Mau pending in the court of Addl.C.J.M./ Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Mau.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the aforementioned case is pending since the year 2019. The only prayer made by the applicant is to give direction to the court below to gear up the trial.
Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2019, I hereby direct the learned Addl.C.J.M./ Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Mau to gear up the matter and make necessary endeavour to conclude the proceeding expeditiously if possible within nine months without giving unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
