The further proceedings against applicant no. 1 husband Mohammad Nadeem, shall go on according to law.

However, so far as it relates to applicant nos. 2 to 5 (Munni, Shahin, Parvin. Kammo and Aasma) are concerned, the further proceedings in Complaint Case No. 395/2006 Roshan Jahan Vs. Mohd. Nadeem & others under sections 406/427/504 IPC Police Station Seohara, district Bijnor, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist Bijnor shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.

However, if applicant no. 1 Mohammad Nadeem surrenders and applies for bail before the courts below, in the aforesaid case, his bail application may be heard and disposed of expeditiously, if possible on the same day.”
