This application has been filed seeking a direction to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kushinagar directing him to decide Criminal Revision No. 72 of 2019 (Lalita Devi vs. State), expeditiously.
A perusal of the ordersheets reveals that prima facie, there is lack of willingness on the part of the concerned court to decide the revision expeditiously and on one or the other grounds, case has been adjourned.
Now, it is directed that learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kushinagar shall decide the pending revision on its own merits, if possible, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of computer generated copy of the order being passed today on PDF form strictly in accordance with law.
In above terms, application is disposed of.
